To play Call of Duty: MW3 offline, you must first completely disconnect either your PC or console from the internet. Then, boot up MW3 and select the Go Offline option when prompted. Once you’ve done that, simply choose the Local Multiplayer or Campaign mode in the MW3 main menu to start playing.
